donraphael850 I ordered about $215 and only was happy with 1 of them which was the Vanille (I was very impressed with it) and the other 3 I couldn’t smell(guessing they’ve been sitting on the shelf and lost smell) 1 of them came in the mail shattered ?‍♂️ May be my first and last time ordering @diptyque

hannahstarry No matter how long I burn my full size rose candle it won’t burn evenly! Yes I burned it for over 4 hours on the first burn and it was uneven. They should really have two wicks for the size!

thisisbrickandmortar The wick on my feu de bois candle was so off center that it exploded in my house and I tried contacting customer service and they said I should center the wick and didn’t apologize
