Both sides lied.......to leave or to stay. Politicians and the rich only wanted to stay cause they would get more money that way. And the leave lot lied aswell. People who believed what ever politician said are the real idiots here. The Rich don't give a shit about anyone.......humans cost them money, that's why the want more machines in work places and Driveless cars and lorries. Look at Amazon more machines and drones. Postal services mostly use machines to sort mail and parcels nowadays. If there are Driveless lorries and cars.....that's alot more people out of work. Which ever way you voted we are all getting shafted by the rich and greedy politicians on stupid money wanting more from the European parliament. We are not free as politicians tell us. Please tell me which ever way you voted as both parties lied......who is going to pay for your luxuries like phones etc when we have no jobs. Politicians are to blame for this mess in the first place.....everyone wants to live in a free world but there isn't the room to do this. I believe everyone should be able to have a better life.......but greedy MPS have had zero planning how to do this. They have flooded cities to breaking point......So are now building more and more in rural areas which is where the main cause of Brexit has happened.....cities are designed for multi culture fast lane living, but because Mps only care about there own lives and money, are trying to put city people into rural areas. And people in cities don't understand about rural life.....a slower more relaxed way of life. Where communities have been destroyed and smashed apart by zero planning. If you put lots of new people into a area quickly it will cause backlash !!!! Do the same in any country and the same will happen. Blame Westminster for our countries split not either side !!!. They get paid loads to run this country and not one single party or MP has planned our country at all.

@oli_1307 listen mate I’m not right wing or left wing. I love U2’s music and for the most part agree with there political stance in the world like Greenpeace Amnesty international etc... I just don’t agree with staying in the EU. I’m a father and my children’s future is extremely important to myself and my wife as we have seen too much change affect the NHS our doctors surgeries, schools , and the workplace etc.. Nigel Farage just tells the truth about the EU & I don’t see him as some far right extremists preaching hate??. He just wants England to run our own affairs without Us & Germany propping up the rest of Europe . Also I’m 2nd generation Irish and like U2 I have a mind of my own so I’m not always going to agree . Lastly this isn’t an insult to you again Oli but Opinions are like arseholes we all have one ! There is my argument.

@oli_1307 Why? They make great music (or at least used to), why would my enjoyment of their music be spoiled by whether or not I like their politics? Frankly, I don't care about their politics... In terms of world events, history, politics, their opinion is as relevant as any given person on the street. Sounds to me like you might enjoy life more if you learn to compartmentalize more.

...sorry, Bono's position and view of the world is very different from and incompatible with most ordinary citizens of European nation states. @francesblackheart Sorry for the delay in responding. I know they love this country & have houses here but when I say they don’t have a voice, I am referring to voting. I don’t think any of them have applied for citizenship yet. Also I appreciate the way you responded. It’s hard to find people that respect you may have a different opinion nowadays.✌️

Europe is a great idea, a unity of sovereign nations and distinct cultures collaborating and ensuring that military conflict is a thing of the past. A One World Government is not. Unless it's situated in Rome and operates as a minarchist body with very limited powers. Bono
