Hello friends! I realized I haven’t posted much about myself in a while, and figured I’d introduce myself to all of our new friends! I’m Kristina, I founded @yourkompas in February this year with one mission: to make the World a better place.
8 years ago my boy Bubbah @bulldogstuff helped me realize that my love for him should extend to all living beings. From that moment forward I became #plantbased and experienced one of the most fulfilling and rewarding transformations of my life. I became healthier, happier, and realized my purpose in life: to help others on their journey to a more conscious & compassionate lifestyle.
With Kompas, we’re making it simple to discover the best plant-based options at all restaurants. Because plant-based food is better for our selves, our planet, and all its inhabitants.
