My review on 🚨 red light therapy 🚨

I’ve personally used the Joov light after being introduced to it by my strength coach, Charles Poliquin, this summer. Coach Poliquin recommended it as a supplemental treatment for my concussion (tbi - traumatic brain injury). I noticed benefits in my mood and energy level right away.
I also continued to use it for my skin and overall health and well being.
I’ve been waiting for a portable version of red light therapy and am so happy with the @joovvsocial Joov Go product. Seriously this is one of my favorite items to use and it only takes ten minutes a day.

ianbarnes20 I used this for supplemental concussion treatment after bonking my head in a match, I can say that totally helped with my mood and energy levels!

big_ben_adventures My dog used cold laser therapy for his back. It helped a bunch for him. I use one on my shoulder and back. Big help.

joleneandkris @lex47_._ here is another idea. Idk how it will work for fibromyalgia but it’s worth looking up.
