The calm before the storm. Anyone else feel so much stress the moment they wake up? I always try to wake up with a clear mind, but the moment I get out of bed-reality hits and I have to feed the dogs, walk the dogs, tidy the house, hop on calls, go to meetings, edit, emails, text messages...the list goes on. I often struggle with trying to start the morning off in a calm mood besides on the weekends, lol! But I remind myself in stressful times one of my favorite quotes- “remember when you wished for everything you have now.” I guess life just gets busier as you get older, but at some point we gotta find a balance that keeps us sane while accomplishing all that we want in life. What are some ways you find balance?
