He was chained to a fence so tightly he could not lie down and barely given water and food. His health was incredibly poor; riddled with parasites and had a severe skin infection. After much negotiation his owner finally gave him up and he was allowed to start his new life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ He is now a happy boy, loves playing with his toys and meeting new people.
