Lake Tahoe. Most places were closed and I didn’t see a single bear. I did win a stone skimming comp though and as lakes go, it’s quite deep, if you like that sort of thing. I know I do. 8/10

enation_1 You should visit Lake Superior in Michigan's upper peninsula. It's the deepest and coldest of the great lakes. The beaches are rocks and they say it has even sunk ships. I haven't been there since I was a child when I used to camp with my dad. Its beautiful up there.

hippiemumhealing Lake tahoe is nice. There are a lot of awesome lakes and beach areas to see out here! Fort Bragg and the redwoods over in Mendocino National Forest are amazing! Hope you're enjoying the west coast! 💙

oky.chan Oh, sweet! We were just down in Colorado last month, too. We went up to Rocky Mountain National Park for a couple of days. Didn't see any bears either, but we did see a couple of moose! 😃

martensensara Back in the day the casino gangsters would drop the bodies i the lake. You cannot reach the bottom of the lake. Also the lake is so cold that what’s down there is preserved....

bookwormcourt @stacie10 they also say that sometimes bodies that are lost in Tahoe end up in Pyramid Lake and that Pyramid has all the water babies. Some people won't even go in the lake.
