Society’s pressures tell us what we should look like ... I say do and be what makes you happy . There’s so much pressure in this day and age to look perfect .... when in reality the real win starts with loving yourself . I’m speaking from my heart ....because I know what it’s like to watch my weight go up and down . To wonder what I needed to do for change
With time I realized being healthy comes before anything . And self love wins every time . True happiness starts with self acceptance. Im not saying don’t better yourself . But give yourself a break . We ALL have imperfections and flaws . However it’s how you walk around them that makes you come out on top . When you look in that mirror when you are all alone .... what are you telling yourself ? That’s what really counts . When you can look at yourself and say I LOVE YOU and mean it !!!
