🍋Lemons - Made in Japan! 🍋 Japan has an amazing array of citrus fruit including unique-tasting hybrid lemons fused with Japanese citrus such as yuzu and mikan. Around 30% of Japan’s lemons are grown on a tiny group of islands on the Seto Inland Sea. From hot-pot, to sweets, to lemon-sour - a mix of lemon juice, soda water and shochu, lemons have been absorbed into Japanese cuisine since their first arrival around 150 years ago! Itadakimasu!
