Avery, Sinikiwe, Tie and Abi share their stories of connecting with people in their environment.

Avery is working to make her queer trans community yoga project a space that can also welcome transgender Mexican asylum seekers. Sinikiwe is helping children step away from the everyday noise and providing people of color with the tools of yoga and meditation through @naaya.yoga. Tie has set out to create @sistersofyoga, a community for women of color, championing mindfulness and representation, while Abi founded @supply_yoga, a space to nurture, heal and practice connection.
