It was a battle with depression that ultimately led Ben Nemtin to realize he wasn't living the life he wanted. After dropping out of college and moving back home, he made it his mission to live the life he sincerely wanted. Ben's newfound direction inspired him and his friends to create an epic life bucket list—and for each item they crossed off, they would help a stranger do the same. Ben now thrives as mental health advocate, author and public speaker. At a time when he felt like giving up, he faced his Fierce, embracing the truth of his struggles—and has since helped so many others do the same.
