The natural, wind-formed rock transitions of Utah’s Moab desert are one of the only pieces of skateable terrain unformed by human hands. As challenging as it is exciting, this landscape throws up tons of possibilities.
In the first instance, chalk up many meetings with the Bureau of Land Management to explain what our plans were. With the land being so old, we wanted to make sure that we weren't changing the eco-system by skating there. Eventually, they granted access to areas where other vehicles, like cars, motorcycles and bicycles were also allowed to ride.
