I have spent the last few months in the worst health/fitness rut combined with wayyy too much negative self talk. I got my booty back in the gym the other day and remembered how great it feels to break a sweat! I know physical activity helps me mentally, so why is it so hard to do when you’re feeling blue? 💙
To anyone out there battling with negative thoughts floating around their brain, just know that it will pass.

I feel you so bad. I was also in such a good Shape and mood last Summer, and i just let that totally Go the last Months. So im with you in the boat atm in Order to get back on Track because i know that exercise is good for my Body. We are gonna do that together :) @esteelalonde ??

I completely understand what you're talking about. Once you start to get back into your healthy routine, you immediately begin to feel better with yourself and therefore more motivated to continue on that track. Keep up all the good work Estee! X

Same thing happened to me last four months. I don’t know what may have been the reason... my guess is that when my mood is down and I’m feeling blue I enter in “protection mode” and I stop doing my regular routine or plans!
