One of the benefits of being physically fit is getting dressed. There never seems to be a struggle anymore! I used to live in spandex, and that depressed me. Wearing denim was out of reach, unless the were @fashionnova 🤪 I vividly remember feeling depressed every time I needed to get myself dolled up to go out. Hence, why I was a hermit. So relatable! I’ve only come down 30lbs since my first go at keto, I just started again, but even with just that I feel so much more confident and am able to fit into my jeans comfortably instead of sucking in the entire time to keep them from folding back down on me. I feel amazing and I feel like even though I’m not at my goal weight I still look super cute already

Jenna, you absolutely must write a (second) book, about your "new" life as a keto guru, with receipts! Especially since you have so many photos to go with your advice. I swear it would become a bestseller immediately! You are such an inspiration to us all. I hope you are already considering it! ❤️

@jennacantlose how do you do not to put on weight with the jewish lifestyle. When you get invited or go to kiddouchim it is not always keto, sphardic food is often very heavy and with shabbos you cannot exercice on saturdays ^^ i put on 3 kg within months of becoming observant.

I went through this yesterday I put on I know 18 things and nothing fit right ...which makes it all more depressing ! You are a inspiration to me and many others and I cant wait to start looking and feeling better
