Needed a tiny social media break. As much as I love connecting with all of you, and I truly do, it makes my heart warm to read your DMs, stories and comments! I found myself comparing myself to too many people and getting a little lost in chasing the expectations versus just feeling super in the moment and blessed. Don’t get caught up in the comparing yourself to others game. Trust me all of us have got caught up in it but it leads to always discrediting your efforts and accomplishments when we all have things to feel blessed and grateful for. Live your best life and love every moment. Take a break from social media if you need to remember what you are grateful for. For me, it’s health, strength, peace of mind, friends family, faith and adventure. Nature brings me back to this. Exumas, Bahamas you are a dream!
