Y O G A 🌟 people have been asking me recently why I practice yoga. I started including yoga into my routine to balance out other exercises such as running and HIIT to release tension and lengthen muscles. But actually the main benefit has been to my mind - it’s a time to truly switch off, meditate, and de-stress. I’m so excited for it to get warmer in the UK so I can practice outside soon 🙏 if you do one new thing this month, try out a yoga class!
