mkarasoulas @westelm your sofa colors are always deceiving online and anytime I’ve ordered swatches for weeks on end they don’t arrive or are unavailable. I tried to order a swatch for the Vero settee in light taupe, but it never came and I took a chance. It was grey in actuality and when I tried to return it within two weeks of receiving it in early August I was assured that there was variation in the fabric and to order a replacement. That replacement was finally processed in November and received in February when I discovered it was the exact same color. I just had it picked up last week (April, 9 months later) for return after numerous mishaps with the processing and pick up (delivery came to my billing address on a day that I took off work to make it happen!). After multiple customer service representatives told me I would be reimbursed on original card, I was just told I would receive merchandise credit. I was misled even when I asked about the return policy and their response was “sorry”. No offer of compensation despite 75 email exchanges (with generic apology responses from reps about striving for better service) and countless phone calls and aggravation. Amazing products but deplorable and outrageously disappointing customer service. Buyers beware. CB2 or Wayfair.
