Lately I’ve been so emotional watching my girls grow up. Chloe is a person of her own doing her own thing, and I can’t help but be a little saddened to know that colette will grow up just as fast if not even faster. Motherhood is a beautiful thing but it’s also heartbreaking. There are days when I wish they would grow up faster (definitely felt like this during chloes terrible 2 phase), and there are days (like today) I wish they would just slow down. I guess there is nothing we can do about it but be present and enjoy the ride.
