1️⃣ Once all the products have been applied and thoroughly brushed through, the hair is compressed in a durag (or wave cap).
2️⃣ Then I use the dryer to heat the hair up underneath, moving around and pressing down with my hands as well.
3️⃣ This coupled along with the product for hold, I turn the dryer over and use the motor/intake fan to immediately suck all the hot air out and cool the waves in that wavy pattern, then BOOM, waves! .
Like any other hairstyle, waves require work and upkeep to form and maintain, but for those with any resemblance of a wave pattern and building waves, this will help dramatically enhance your waves. With the durag, the longer you leave it on, the better. I advise doing this at night before bed or on days where you will keep it on for lengthy periods.
