blondecroatian Called your customer service 3 times yesterday, left a voicemail with the concierge yesterdat morning and even sent an email shortly after that... still no one’s gotten back to me. For a company that expects people to pay $500-$2000 for a pen, you have extremely poor customer service. My question was about placing a rushed order, which obviously is a moot point now.
