I think that confused Keith quite a bit at that time but he bought in. I’ve been battling injuries my whole career & as I walked into the training facility I prayed that this be the fix. Baseball is a very one sided sport. You’re right or left handed & that essentially defines you as a player in some circumstances. Years and years of one sided repetition makes the other side not as strong so I wanted to attempt to chip away at evening that out & after a lot of research I decided this was pretty much the best way to do that.. not to mention it’s ultra competitive. - so, Keith & I sat down & agreed on a plan & stuck to it. He worked me to my core at times. Hunched over dripping in sweat only to hear the “ding ding” at which moment I had to dig deep & find something else to hone in on. - I appreciated his attention to detail. His willingness to understand pitching mechanics & to realize the correlation between mixed martial arts & releasing a baseball at max effort itself. (Some of the movements are eerily similar) so we worked and worked. Agreeing there was a method to our madness.  FFW - Knoxville, TN. Prime time fight. My palms are sweating. My heart is racing. I go through my breathing technique. In through the nose. Hold. 1.2.3.  Out through the mouth. Ding ding. Go time. - he jabs. Connects. Swift yet powerful round house to his obstacles thigh. Obstacle is hurt. Fake round house.  Obstacle bites. Jab. Cross. Cross. Cross. Obstacles is down. Jab. Obstacle is out. Knocked out. KO. He wins. Fight over. 12 seconds. Knock out. - this was me watching Keith in his Pro fight during the off-season towards the end of our training. It was unbelievable to witness such precision. Dominating execution. I was inspired. I remain inspired. & I am also thankful for the time & effort & I cant wait to watch this work come to fruition for both of us. Stay humble. Stay hungry. just keep livin.」4月1日 9時58分 - danielnorris18
