Happy Birthday dearest Nana, Lois Andrews McGregor 🍾🎂❤️ today would’ve been you’re 93rd trip around the sun! We lost you too soon and not a day goes by that I don’t miss you. I’m so grateful for you, for you being the best Nana ever. Your intellect and wit, filled with “piss and vinegar” as they say. You taught me the love of nature, gardening, cooking, books, writing and sewing. You were my style icon, my beauty queen. Thank you for encouraging me to be an artist and take risks. Thank you for my (ongoing) National Geographic subscription you gifted me at 9 years old...for my love of stationary and letter writing, you were the best pen pal. I miss our late nights in the kitchen nook, bitching at the news over pretzels and a night cap of whiskey. Most of all I just miss you. Hope you and Gumpa are up there sipping your 5pm martini- “cheers big ears” you’re forever my “Nana Banana” love you 🎂❤️🎂
