I’m so PROUD of how my body has responded to pregnancy. Taking care of myself has been my no.1 priority to date and it’s all been paying off 😆. I’ve been constantly listening to my body, have changed my active lifestyle to suit, nourished my body from the inside out and outside in, constantly reading pregnancy apps to learn, and reducing as much stress in my life as possible. I’m loving the whole pregnancy journey. And, it also looks like baby Chalmers (will do a reveal soon) seems to be adjusting well and living a very active life in that bump — think a gymnast might be on the cards for their career haha.
