先日開催されました「フォー・ハンズ・コラボレーション」の模様です🍽✨ 2人ミシュランシェフによる一日限りの本イベントは、お陰様でランチ、ディナーともに満席となり、香港Ta Vieより招聘した佐藤秀明氏と、料理長 宮崎慎太郎が腕を振るって「春」らしいお料理を披露いたしました👨🏻‍🍳🌸 共作の「お花見弁当」や、両シェフによるグリーン＆ホワイトアスパラのお料理をはじめ、前菜からデザートまで、一品一品のプレゼンテーションも楽しんでいただけました。ゲストの皆様、そして佐藤シェフ、誠にありがとうございました🥂🌸🍃 We had the pleasure of hosting the Four Hands Collaboration, as masterminded by Michelin-starred chefs Hideaki Sato from the Ta Vie in Hong Kong and our very own Shintaro Miyazaki from Azure 45👨🏻‍🍳👨🏼‍🍳 Following the success of our one-day-only lunch and dinner, we would like to thank guests for joining us, our dedicated team at Azure 45, and Chef Sato for helping to create a memorable experience through such culinary innovation🍱🥢🌸
