This is Jasmijn, our second officer on the Boeing 777 and her little mascot, Tommy the Lion! 🦁 In 2006, her father Jorrit took his 8-year-old daughter and her mother Ellen on the B767 to Uganda. Little cute side note; Jasmijn's dad and mum met at Transavia, where Jorrit flew for three years back in the nineties and where Ellen was a purser. ♥️ So last January, the big moment arrived: Jasmijn and her dad had their first flight together on the B777 to Hong Kong! This is the worst airline EVER. They destroyed my suitcase, referred me to a partner who was supposed to replace it and refused with the excuse that I needed to take pictures of it, even though the own airline report said clearly they completely destroyed it, then they offered 150 euros in compensation (less than what I paid) and then changed their mind and refused to pay the 150 euros....

Terrible experience flying in scrap KLM.
Airplane with several faults: Loose and noisy seat, defective windows with strong Sun on the face for 8 hours, bad-tempered and inattentive stewards. I was without a horrible meal for 30 minutes. Dirt and bad smell. Avoid this Company, it has become a Garbage.
