@lyft driver I got for my assistant had 2 stops. At the first stop, he leaves with over 200 dollars worth of my groceries in his car. This was a week ago. Lyft refuses to help us find this driver. Lyft has not committed to firing this driver. This driver is a thief. Is this how @lyft gets down?

bar.press Let me guess, basic automated email reply with no follow up? One of my employees was refused a ride that he paid for from a lyft driver because he was 'scaring the driver' aka being black in Western PA. They eventually gave a refund, but never handled the racism complaint.

krouselle The illiteracy is strong in these comments... the driver left after the FIRST stop, his assistant needed to make two stops. It makes no difference whether the customer is a rapper or a cashier @lyft should not allow their driver to steal.
