Implementing stretching and mobility work daily. Trying to make it a morning thing before we get into costume and make up or at some point in the evening. Even just 20 minutes to help recovery. Using @romwod makes it really easy to get at it if I’m not involved in a class. Hoping to get to @exhalepilateslondon soon for some one to one as recommended by my friend and Physio @nikkimarie1309 @physioedmedical

Have a look at @ddpyoga. Really good for helping with back and neck issues and used by a hell of a lot of wwe superstars. Have used it my self for 2 years and my back has never felt so good

I‘m a huge fan of stretching. It does wonders for the body. I love doing a one hour stretch class right after my Barre workout. Bliss.
