There has been times where I have put a pic on insta looking happy because I felt I needed to keep up with the social pressure but really behind my phone.. I was having a bad day/ time . - let’s keep social real. I now try to be honest as I can on here . I try to talk about normal worries , insecurities & I can say it always helps as I realise I’m not alone.. please lets brake the “perfect” life stigma.. & talk about the things that bother us .. & than we will realise we are all in the same boat . vvedzyvedzaa I agree too but from what I can see whenever we post our negative feelings (as it may be perceived as “negative” for some) we get criticised 🤦🏻‍♀️ Why can’t people just stop criticising other people’s opinions or feelings 🤷🏻‍♀️
