This is probably one of my most requested recipes. It's simple to make and a definite crowd pleaser. I guarantee this dish will get you rave reviews! Here's a super quick video and recipe for you. I hope you enjoy♡⁣

Ingredients ⁣
12 garlic cloves⁣
10oz grape tomatoes⁣
1c extra virgin olive oil, plus 2T⁣
1c fresh basil⁣
6oz parmesean cheese, shredded⁣
32oz shrimp, peeled/deveined ⁣

Kosher salt ⁣
Freshly cracked black pepper⁣

Directions⁣
1. Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl - make sure the shrimp is well-drained. Dry with a paper towel if needed. Next, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the shrimp and give it a quick toss. Now add the lemon & garlic seasoning, toss again and set aside. ⁣
2. Put the garlic, tomatoes and 1 cup olive oil in a baking dish and bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes. The tomatoes should be roasted and wrinkly and the garlic cloves will be golden and soft. ⁣
3. In a food processor, add the roasted garlic, tomatoes and olive oil. Add the parmesean, basil and blend, the sauce should be thick. Season to taste with salt and pepper, set aside. ⁣
4. Cook the linguine pasta aldente, per the box instructions. Tip: add a little kosher salt to the water to season it and a little drizzle of olive oil to help the pasta from sticking to the pan. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water. ⁣
5. Now heat a skillet to high heat and add a third of the shrimp in the pan. Make sure to space the shrimp out so they pan-fry and can develop a nice crust as opposed to sauteeing them. Cook until the shrimp is pink and no longer translucent. Remove and place in a bowl and cook the rest of the shrimp in 2 more batches. ⁣
6. Next, add the linguine back in the pan and pour the blended tomato, garlic and cheese sauce on it and reserved pasta water. Toss the pasta and sauce until well-coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper one more time if needed. Pour in a serving dish an
