My name is Noah Costanzo. I just purchased a pair of Quiet Comfort 35 II headphones from the Bose store in Short Hills Mall, NJ on March 4th of this year. They have been great for the most part except for one flaw. When the volume is at its maximum, the headphones make a “crackling” noise at certain points of songs. A specific example occurred while I was listening to the song “Thatpower” by Will.I.am. From the 35-44 second period during the song, the headphones make this noise. I brought my headphones back to the the Short Hills location and they tested them along with other QC35 II models. Because I brought this to their attention, they discovered that all of their QC35 II headphones have this flaw. If there is anything that can be done, please let me know.

Both my soundslink mini 2 & soundlink color have failed within 1 month. Is it @bose expectation to have 2 speakers fail within 3-4 years and then charge their customer’s more for “replace & repair”? Especially when you have your products priced like a BMW instead of a tourus... I hear @sonos makes good speakers. #unhappycustomer #plannedobsolescence
