Do you know that most apartments in Michigan require cats to be declawed?
?????? Today we are starting a BIG campaign to inspire ALL the apartments in Michigan to NOT require this mutilating, inhumane, and unnecessary amputation procedure for their cats! ?????

We want to accomplish this by September 15, 2019 and declare a victory for all cats in Michigan to be able to live their lives with their much needed toe bones and claws and free of pain and suffering from this horrific procedure. .

crazydiamondnbootsfurever I once lived in an apartment complex in PA that “required” it too. They never inspected and I kept the nails trimmed. I would rather have been evicted than to torture my babies.

allseeingalice I live in Michigan and I have NEVER come across an apartment that even asked if the cat had claws... Either way, hopefully no one will be allowed to declaw at all soon🤞
