Paweł Oszczyk is without a doubt one of the most renowned Polish chefs. An Institution. He was first who took hotel bistronomy to the new level, he trained many of new generation best chefs and cooks. For a while he has been managing restaurant programme at @purohotels and very soon he is about to launch new italian resto in newest Puro location in Warsaw.
