Memorial in #ParadiseCalif #ParadiseStrong The documentary team and I are encountering one remarkable individual after another as the community copes with this tragedy. They will need all the support they can get in the months ahead.

We would love to speak with you @realronhoward. We have an incredible organization called Color a Classroom with Love--Helping our Camp Fire Teachers. My friend/colleague and I both play an important role with assisting Camp Fire teachers in rebuilding their classrooms--all from the help of strangers near and far. We are just two local teachers in Chico trying our best to support these heroes. Our story is incredible and it's just beginning as we continue to support these amazing teachers. Currently, we have helped over 135 teachers, and have "adopted" out over 100. We have raised thousands of dollars and have strangers from all over the country (even the nation) helping. You can learn more about us at: www.coloraclassroom.org or email at: [email protected]. #teachershelpingteachers #buttestrong #lifeinchico #Chicoismyhometown #paradisestrong #teacherstrong👊🏼🌲🍎

Do you truly care? Then acknowledge the affected Paradise people who sent you private messages. This is our town. Who exactly is getting the support? I cry every single day Ron Howard. Nobody can’t truly know the pain and stress that came out of this fire unless they experienced lived it. I have 25 minute graphic video of my sister in her car with fire all around her, screaming and knowing she’s going to die on the Pearson dip. She abandoned her burning car with her three dogs leaving every belonging she had grabbed including my brothers ashes in her car. She was saved by a man in another car. Ron, coping? We’re all displaced, living in other towns away from our families. Nobody outside of our town can imagine our pain. This is real.

PG&E is responsible for the explosion on the street in San Bruno where I grew up and my mom still lives. Now they say they are most likely responsible for the fire in Paradise where her brother lived and lost everything. What were the chances? I will be interested to see your documentary. Thank you.

My wife and i drove through the area back in January and realized the news reports we have all seen dont really do the devastation justice. It was shocking and sad.

It’s great to get paid, but the feeling you get from helping others .. last a whole lot longer .. and you can’t tax it!
