This #InternationalWomensDay, Burberry celebrates the successes of Kate-Lily de Graft-Johnson, Caroline Dunne, Sarah Salter, Zara Najimi, Vikki Walter and Jessica Tikili-Efere captured in a portfolio photographed by Esther Theaker.

Burberry has been working with UK charity Smart Works since 2013, donating clothes to form part of the service they provide to help women in need get back in to the work place.

Smart Works and Burberry both believe in harnessing the power of clothes to empower women to feel their best, give them the confidence and self-belief to succeed at their job interviews and transform their lives.
