I did these in circuits to get a good workout 🏋🏽‍♀️ in 30 min. A circuit is moving in a fast pace from one workout to the next and breaking after all exercises are complete. For example put 4-5 exercises together, aim for 12 reps and 4-5 rounds. You should be out of breath and your heart rate should be up. You’ll want to use a moderate weight not too heavy not too light. _ 🗣A big mistake I see people making in the gym is going too heavy and not focusing on form. Remember form is everything, if your form is off going heavy is pointless your more likely to injure yourself. _ 🗣Another mistake is being in your cell phone or talking in the gym. Doing both of these will cause you to lose focus and also time.
