Job Description:
The Fulfillment and Customer Service Manager will lead daily fulfillment functions, creating orders and coordinating order fulfillment through Magento, our e-Commerce platform, and creating USPS and FedEx shipment labels through Shipstation along with data entry. This role will also be the lead customer service contact and communicate with customers via phone and email regarding product questions and shipments and communicate with our Brooklyn office regarding orders. We strive to ensure that each package arrives to the customer correctly, with care and on time. The Fulfillment and Customer Service Manager will report to the owner of Coral & Tusk.

Requirements:
-Highly organized, energetic, attention to detail, excellent memory, process oriented, ability to manage processes, multitask and be adaptable. -Proactive and direct communicator. Forward thinking and positive. Must be excellent at customer service interaction. -Must have experience in Excel, Google Suite (Gmail and Google Drive), Fedex/USPS. Experience on any e-Commerce platform, any Order Management System, or shipping fulfillment software such as Shipstation is a plus.
