In Kabuki, sexual content is not supposed to be seen but to be hinted at. There are intimate relationships in many Kabuki plays though.

Princess Sakura is a woman of noble birth, but she's coming down in the world because of love and lust. It is erotic.

Though It's hard to express this role in normal clothes and without makeup, thanks to the great staff, a great shot was taken.

I was trying to express the fragility and glamour of Princess Sakura in love, having lain down for the first time while shooting.

このお役を洋服と素顔で表現するのは難しいですが、今回も素晴らしいスタッフさんのご協力のお陰で素敵な一枚が撮れました。

初めて寝っ転がった状態で撮影し、恋に落ちた桜姫の危なっかしさと色気を表現したつもりです！
