I met this musician a long time ago on the tube in London, Anthony ‘Tony’ Aldridge. I hadn’t thought about that in too long of a time, and recounting his story brought up memories of spending time with him, writing a blog about him and his music, being homeless on the street and the documentary that I subsequently made about and with him. He was a character, and I hope he is well wherever he is, if he is, for we lost touch. I hadn’t watched the doc in years - I re-watched it and it made me smile and feel sad, watch it in the link in my bio if you’re so inclined, he’s a real gentleman, artist & total character and watch it for his spirit.

pedrocapitani You’re an incredible person, @eoincmacken . You did a lot for this guy, just by giving him the chance to tell his story and be remembered for something. Not many people do this, or care enough to do it. That shows a lot of your heart and I’m very proud of you. I hope you meet him again 😊.
