This is my fourth flight with Air Canada (long haul) in two weeks. Every single time I have ordered a vegan meal and every single time I have been unable to eat it because it wasn’t vegan.
I was upgraded to an exit seat this trip; there was nothing wrong with my original seat but I thought it was a nice gesture. Then I realized that my seat was broken and would not move let alone recline and I couldn’t have my original seat back because they gave it to someone else. This was the second time in two weeks that my seat was broken. The person I sat next to was large, snoring and a violent sleeper... I asked to be moved because I kept getting hit but I could not be moved. I understand that the other customer is not your fault but you need to understand that this flight was horrible AND it was not even the worst flight that I had encountered in the past two weeks.
When I book directly with Air Canada; you typically farm one flight out to your sister company Eurowings. When you do this... I cannot check in online because your website tells me to use Eurowings and Eurowings tells me to use your website. The same thing happens when I book through Lufthansa but unfortunately get Air Canada as a service provider. It’s unfortunate that I’m a Canadian living in Germany as you have the monopoly on flights home... and I have to book with you. Your employees are lacking compassion, you are lacking empathy and I’m pretty sure that this will fall on deaf ears but I now have a 5 hour layover on Heathrow with no sleep and I feel as though I have been beyond patient with your company.

3 cancelled flights and a lost bag with no refunds so far, don’t think i’ll be able to do much traveling :/ first time with aircanada has been littttt

Don’t take it .... if it is remotely like my experience you won’t know when you will have a flight back!!!!!!
