This week we’re talking all about past mistakes and how sometimes we allow that to be the road map for our life. Often times we’re so focused on the mistakes of the past that we second guess the vision of our future. In our latest episode of The Good Life, Stevie & I are going back the past, exercising how to reflect and live in the NOW and why it’s so important to declare things for your future. We actually did an exercise writing declaration letters to our “future selves” and are reading them on the air - let’s just say this exercise made me so shy!!!!!
