She advise me of what Honda was willing to do to repair my car that is a MANUFACTURE defect not me causing the problem. This problem started when I had a warranty , she said Honda will pay a % but she can't say what it is... I SHOULDN'T have to pay for a MANUFACTURE problem of the engine with the pistons. My car has 44,000 miles on it I have done everything HONDA have ask me to do 4 consumption test. Vanessa said I didn’t complete the last one that was a LIE I call Economy Honda they said I did she also advised me I could speak to anyone else but her after I ask to speak to someone else, do to I had to repeat the steps I had or should I say HOOPs to her 4 times. I believe she was just sit on not dealing with my case. 1. I have done everything Honda has ask me to do. 2. Why should I pay for a Manufactures defect? 3. My car was under warranty when all this started. 4. There are bulletin that other cars have had this same problem. please understand I don’t have money just sitting around I work hard for this car and hope that it would last longer than 5 years. The cost is something we were willing to Borrow because our other Honda have lasted .
