It’s all about buying bulk whole foods! I get through a lot of natural whole foods at home such as quinoa, lentils, nuts and seeds, oats, and dates, so whenever I get a chance I go to a bulk whole foods store to stock up. I actually really look forward to taking my own glass jars and tubs, and choosing what to fill them up with! Today I went to @thesourceunitedkingdom in Chiswick and picked up some puffed quinoa, maple and pecan granola, millet, organic almonds and some vegan brownies (see more in my stories). A few stores like this that I also love in London are @hetu_uk in Clapham, @planetorganic in Westbourne Grove, @wholefoodsuk in Fulham, and there are so many others that I need to check out including @bulkmarketuk and @asnatureintendeduk ??
