Bread baked in the community wood fire oven. Every area has their own community oven and mosque. And many locals remember carrying bread in the heads on the way to school so it’d be baked by the time they get home for lunch. It costs just 1 Dirham to bake each bread, and I’m told it’s never burnt and always perfect. Imagine if we could drop off the daily production from the bakery.
