yin2yang Hi @diptyque 😊 I received another of your beautiful candles as a gift but the scent is too strong for me without even burning it. It’s brand new & never touched. Only the clear wrapping is off. I have the recite & would like to exchange it but was told we can’t exchange if the clear wrapping is off. But what if it’s a gift ? I didn’t get to chose the scent & am very sensitive to some of them .... They are expensive candles & it’s a shame I won’t get to burn it. I feel like it’s such a waist. Is it true I can’t exchange it at all ?
