Our industry is known for using small, plastic, resealable bags in which to hold jewellery. We use these bags as a company to send pieces to our much loved stockists?
We’re now asking these stockists to send these bags back to us after the jewellery has been taken out, so we can reuse them as a business?
We are always researching alternatives, but with the help of @friends_earth we know we are currently doing the best we can for our planet ?

mindyourmonsters Yaaaay! This makes me so happy and hopefully more people will get on board! I currently do this with @darwindesigns because all her pins come in plastic baggies. She saves them and mails them to me when she’s got a big batch. I also save and reuse any that come to me in supply orders, etc. To this day, 13,000+ orders in, I’ve never purchased new plastic baggies.

ma.iri I will happily send you all my pastic bags as I have zero use for mine! Can you use your industry influence to request suppliers change from plastic to paper bags? Lots of us small people don't get heard ....

arcanethings I recall reading that you recommend storing jewellery in zip lock bags to prevent tarnishing. Can you recommend a plastic free alternative, please?

inkandbytes @cooksongold have started to use paper bags. Those tiny plastic bags are so annoying
