After having torn my labrum months ago and getting stem cell surgery in December, it’s taken me until today to get back to feeling strong. I’ve got a LONG way to go to feeling my best, but this chick @latrealmitchell has been the best addition to my team ??She’s a beast ALL THE TIME and knows exactly what I want when I get in the gym and whine about my girly shit ? Anyway I thought I’d share some snippets of my gym sessions with you guys...here’s to getting stronger in 2019!!!! XO
