Trying to make a lil makeshift workout corner at home, with dumbbells and bands and whatnot! I just gotta find better lighting, but wanted to share a little full body workout with you, easy to do at home with just a couple dumbbells!!

?Sumo squat into a wide straight leg deadlift
?Bent over row into a tricep kickback

4 sets of each, 10-12 reps of each movement!
