What does it mean to be an influencer?
-
We live in an age where anyone can have a platform if they choose to exercise it.
We can all take pictures and edit them.
Anyone can record a video and post it.
There are no limits to the pieces of content that we can curate- and I think it’s safe to say we take full advantage of that freedom.
We snap and click and record,
all
day
long.
When we’re not creating, we’re often consuming...but that’s a subject for another post.

I think everyone already is or has the ability to be an influencer because we all have the capacity to INFLUENCE.

Influence is something that you develop and build by having a voice.
Influence is won by those who stand up or FOR something.

It’s going your own way and trusting your own path. ✨

It’s being bold and innovative with your ideas, services, or craft.
It’s rubbing off on someone or affecting the energy of a room.

?Being an INFLUENCER is just communicating all of that on whatever platform or through whichever medium you choose to do so.

This means before you can be a thoughtful and considered influencer, you need to first figure out what, why, and how you’re going to influence.

I can promise you this: most truly successful influencers, whether they be on Instagram, the entertainment world, or politics, got there because they were passionate about whatever it was that they were talking and working on. -
I’d like to see more of us standing up and being influencers in our own lives by honing in on who we are and what mark we want to leave on this world.
