Ingredients:
1 whole sheet - Hawaiian mini rolls /cut in half, but still together (sheet is 12 rolls)
8-10 - eggs / scrambled
1 cup - chicken sausage / cooked /sliced
1 cup - spinach / firm packed
1 cup - cheddar cheese
1/4 cup - scallions / fine chop
2 tablespoon - parsley / chopped
2 -3 tablespoon - Flavorgod KETCHUP Seasoning
To taste - FLAVORGOD Pink Salt&Pepper
2 tbsp - garlic / minced
1 tablespoon - coconut oil / for cooking eggs or any other fat
2 tbsp - Melted butter

Direction:
1.In a pan , heat oil over low heat and add scallions. Toss for 1 minute.
2.Next add eggs and scramble
3.Preheat oven to 350*F.
4.Keeping rolls together as a sheet. Cut horizontal to separate top and bottom of rolls.
5.On a baking sheet, place bottom part of rolls. And Layer all above ingredients to rolls. Once all ingredients are on.
6.Place top half of rolls to dish and brush with melted butter.
7.In oven ,Bake 350* Fahrenheit
20 minutes.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
