親父さんが、年末に体調を崩したようで、心配しながらの来訪だったが、親父さんの饒舌は衰えること知らないようで、この日もマニアックな話を沢山お聞かせ頂き、大いに盛り上がった。
また、この時期だけの、霜が降りた土の下から取ったネギをシンプルに塩だけで頂いた。素材の味だけで、こんなに美味しいのかと驚いた。
